We accept returns (USA Only)
Please submit the return form within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Form If you would like to make an exchange, return your merchandise as soon as possible and place a new order for the size/style you would like. Once we receive the original order we will issue a refund if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below.
All International Orders (Outside USA) are non refundable. International orders do not qualify for returns. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.
A fee of $8.98 applies per returned order. This will be deducted from your order total. Return fee is per order, not per item.
For exchanges, the fee of $8.98 will be waived or refunded. Email support@prettydollrock.com with the original order number and the new order number. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show on your bank statement.
Return Requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 23 days of the order date. Items returned past the 23-day period, will NOT be eligible for return and you are responsible for the postage back to you.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email support@prettydollrock.com for assistance before returning.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unsoiled, unaltered and unperfumed.
Bodysuits, swimwear, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned for any reason.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any Pretty Doll Rock hangtags, attached.
Final sale items and all items with prices ending in $XX.50 and $XX.98 cannot be returned/exchanged.
Pretty Doll Rock is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
Once the refund is issued, it will take 7-10 business days for your bank to process.
Original shipping fees are non refundable.
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Pretty Doll Rock.
Items returned that do NOT meet the above requirements will not be issued a refund and you will be responsible for postage back to you.
Non-Pretty Doll Rock items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
Pretty Doll Rock reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories due to similar action noted below.

Pretty Doll Rock reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
*An irregular or excessive returns history
*An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, soiled, stained or missing items; or,
*Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Please fill out the Return Form.
Once the form is submitted, please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to generate a packing slip and email it to you. (Packing slip will be sent to the original email used on the order.)
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE PACKING SLIP OR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Return shipping cost is at customer's expense.
